For years Apulia (and most of Southern Italy) was undiscovered territory in the world of golf travel and tourism. That is until five excellent courses were opened, including San Domenico, a classic links-style course designed by European Golf Design. Sandwiched between olive groves and the Adriatic, it often hosts prestigious golf competitions.
Further south we find the recently reopened Acaya Golf, designed by David Mezzacane, and with a brand new Double Trees Golf Resort on site. The warm climate of Apulia means courses here can be played year-round.
