Koksijde Golf Club is the newest addition the growing number of courses in northern Belgium. The club consists of an 18 hole course called the ?Langeleed? measuring just short of 7000 yards, plus a nine-hole, par 32 academy course called the ?Hazebeek? of just under 2200 yards. The courses run alongside one another over mostly flat ground which has been sculpted with dunes, coastal grasses and well-shaped fairways to make the course easier on the eye. The greens are true and quick and although it looks generous and open off the tees, the hazards and rough will come into play for any wayward shots.
The golf club is located just on the French-Belgian border between Dunkerque and Ostend and is ideal for playing on the first or last day of your golf break en-route to or from your destination. There is also has a large driving range, chipping green, putting green and a full-size croquet lawn for some alternative entertainment after your golf.
